Hello!  My name is Abbi.  I am a licensed massage therapist with over 10 years of additional experience working in healthcare which has provided me a unique set of skills and knowledge, with a focus on comprehensive care for sport/activity injuries. I have training in Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point release techniques in addition to cupping and instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation.  I am very passionate about Health and Wellness, and it is my goal to see and treat each of my clients as unique individuals meaning no two treatments are ever the same.  Beyond the table, I strive to educate my clients and community on the benefits of massage to their physical and psychological health.
